    After inspection, we deliver the products to your selected warehouse.

  • Q: How long does it take for the product to be delivered?

    A: Approximately 1.5 to 2 months after we receive the data.
    Production time depends on the number of orders, processing method, and availability of accessories. Please get in touch with us and we will provide you with more details during our first meeting.

  • Q: What is the minimum order quantity?

    A: It depends on the product and desired customization.
    The minimum lot size is listed on the detail page of each item, so please check there and contact us for more details.

  • Q: Can you make it just like the production sample I have?

    A: You can send us the image of the sample you have, and we will make it as close as possible to your desired image.
    Please contact us first by filling out this form and attaching your image.

  • Q: Is it possible to customize the cover, such as pocket and self adhesive mouting paper?

    A: Yes, it is possible. We can make original mounts to match the album cover and binder you specify.

  • Q: Can I ask to have documents to be set inside the binder when its delivered?

    A: Yes. If you send your documents to our factory, we can set them up and deliver them as a finished product.
    We can also assist with data submission, proofreading, and printing if you can let us know in advance.
